The Fox Family and Ministry

How are yall doing? Well we are doing great. We have been here in Queretaro for 8 months. so here's the low down on the Fox family! School is in full swing here in Mexico and Placy is getin it done with the kids! I am amazed everyday at how good of a teacher she is to the kids.The kids are extremely smart and talented too (do I sound like their Dad or what??). Apart from being a home school teacher, she runs the house, she is disciplining her FAT girl Brenda, and she has agreed to be the leader for a NEW ministry for single moms! My wife is such a STUD!! The Kids are learning a ton in School. We have them doing various daily chores in the home like washing dishes, takin out the trash, sweeping, mopping, watering the garden, cleaning up the house, and they are involved in various activities outside the home as well.
Logan (9) is playing futbol (soccer) for the Chivas, taking drumming lessons & Awanas.
Isabella (8) is taking ballet and drum lessons & Awanas
Alejandra (41/2) is taking ballet, Awanas, and is about to start learning to read!
I am doing an evangelistic bible study with a fellow named Gerardo. Gerardo does not know JESUS yet. Please pray for GOD to be merciful to him and to open his eyes and heart to trust in JESUS. Placy & I are leading a Premarital study with my FAT boy Beto and his fiancee Paola! It is our favorite study to do. they are doing great and are growing! their Church wedding is in two months. We just finished a BTCP with the Elders of our church Cristo Salva. there should be a graduation coming soon! We are also involved with another church called Sovereign Grace Bible Church and are teaching them BTCP. I am also in charge of the Jovenes group (youth) here at Cristo Salva. they are a great bunch of kids. we get together every two weeks at the house eat, talk, play and then do a study of Proverbs. it’s a good time.

We just finished a month of Evangelism. the church has had many new visitors lately. Eleazar (the Pastor) felt like the LORD was wanting us to grow in the area of the men. So he created the Men's Ministry. We have 12 leaders and have asked each leader to take 1 guy from the church and disciple him. I will be meeting with 3 leaders a week to keep them accountable and encourage them. Please pray for this New Ministry!
Eleazar also had the desire to start a Single moms ministry. We have quite a few Single moms in the church. He was just waiting for a capable teacher to lead it. Enter Placy. He went to her and asked her if she would do it and after praying about it for while she decided to do it. So, it will start up here in a few weeks. Please pray for this New Ministry!
At Cristo Salva, we also have a lot of Collegiates. We thought it might be good to take advantage of their youth and engage them! I have three leaders ready to lead! so I met with them and shared the vision of (and Command) to make disciples! we gave them the freedom to do ministry and let them go. they had a meeting in centro (the center of town) and had 20 collegiates come and join the group! Please pray for this New Ministry!

The Missions Conference

this is Mission Conference year! We will be coming back to Denton sometime around Christmas time. So, please lets get together!
